No Sleep? Here’s How You Can Still Look Wide Awake

by Corinne Shoemaker
Whether you studied all night for an exam, or you indulged in a late-night Netflix binge, you don’t have to let your exhaustion show. Read on to learn how you can make yourself look wide awake even when you feel like passing out at your desk!

Start with BB cream.

This will hydrate your skin and help eliminate redness. Just be sure to wash and moisturize your face beforehand.

Add eyeshadow.

Apply a white powder to your eyelids and a beige-pearlescent color to your crease. This will help brighten your eyes and give them depth.

Follow it up with eyeliner.

Take a black eyeliner, like Beauty Addicts’ Seduce Effortless Eyes Eyeliner, and trace your waterline at the inner corner of your upper eyelid. This will make your lashes appear even darker when you add mascara.

Apply mascara.

This part is key. Take your favorite mascara (we like Show Off Mascara by Beauty Addicts) and pull it through your top lashes, softly wiggling the brush as you move to your tips. Apply two coats. Follow this up by adding more of the product to your outer upper lashes using just the tip of your brush. Doing so will add greater depth and lift to your lashes, making your eyes appear bigger.

Finish it off.

Give your face more dimension by applying bronzer and a pink blush to your cheekbones. Add a bold lipstick (like the Sinful Beautifull Lips Lipstick) to help soften the attention on your eyes.
